各有关学院：
为进一步提高本科人才培养质量，开拓学生国际视野，根据我校与波兰AGH科技大学的友好合作协议，2018年暑期我校将选派2名本科生赴波兰AGH科技大学进行短期交流学习。为了保证此项工作的顺利进行，现就有关事项通知如下：
一、交流学校及项目
波兰AGH科技大学，国际资源型大学矿业工程暑期学校项目。
二、拟接收专业及人数
采矿工程、安全工程专业及孙越崎学院相关专业2015级、2016级、2017级共2名本科生。
三、项目内容

Technical Trips:
1.Departure to Katowice for the International Fair of Mining, Energy Industry and Metallurgy, with visits to mining companies' stands: Famur, Mine Master, Elgór+Hansen, Nitroerg
2.Technical trip to mining machinery factory Famur with particular emphasis on the monitoring system of mining machinery machines
3.Technological trip to an underground zinc and lead „Olkusz – Pomorzany” mine,
4.Technological trip to an underground hard coal „Szczygłowice” mine,
5.Technological trip to an underground copper „Rudna” + „Lubin” or „Polkowice - Sieroszowice” mine
6.Technical trip to Mine Master Machinery, Elgór-Hansen, Kopex PBSz
Attractions:
1. Center of Jewish Culture (Kazimierz), Concert Pro Musica Bona Kazimierz

四、学习交流时间
2018年9月2日至9月15日，其中9月2日为报到日，9月15日为离开克拉科夫的日期。
五、选拔条件
1.采矿工程、安全工程专业及孙越崎学院相关专业2015级、2016级、2017级本科生，品学兼优、身心健康，学习成绩加权平均分不低于80分（百分制）或平均学分绩点不低于3.75分（五分制），当前无不及格科目，热心参加社会实践和公益活动。
2.具有较好的英语交流能力。
3.学生本人自愿，遵守学校派出的有关规定和要求。
4.学生家庭有经济能力支付出国所需的、除学校资助部分以外的其他费用。
5.本科学习期间已享受过学校本科生出国访学奖学金的不得再次申请。
六、申请流程
1.拟申请交流的学生可登录国际资源大学矿业工程学校网页（http://www.gorn.agh.edu.pl/en/）查看了解详细信息，还可查看《AGH暑期学校项目安排》（附件2），根据自身情况自愿报名。学生本人填写《中国矿业大学本科生假期国际交流项目报名表》（附件2），于5月23日16:00前交所在学院教学管理办公室。
2.学院分别从相关专业择优推荐1-2名学生，并于5月24日12:00前将推荐人选资料报教务部。
3.学校进行审核并组织面试后确定最终名单并进行公示。
七、有关要求
1.请参照2018年度本科生出国访学奖学金项目报名通知进行申请，网址：http://jwb.cumt.edu.cn/da/e5/c3377a449253/page.htm。
2.请提前准备好个人因私护照。
3.请相关学院根据学校要求，认真组织学生报名、选拔等工作，并及时将有关材料提交到教务部。未尽事宜，另行通知。
